We offer complimentary cancellations and reservation modifications up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time for a full 100% refund. Cancellations or structural changes made between 12 and 24 hours to pick-up time will incur a 50% charge. Any cancellation made with less than 12 hours' notice, or passenger no-shows, will be billed at 100% of the total quote value.

Our dispatch desk utilizes live aviation tracking via Moovs to track your commercial arrival in real time. If your flight into IAH or Hobby Airport is delayed, we will adjust your chauffeur's dispatch window free of charge. If your flight is canceled entirely by the airline, the late cancellation fee is waived, and you will be offered a free reschedule or a 50% refund to cover the blocked calendar slot.

Yes. To ensure a relaxed experience, we offer generous complimentary grace periods: Domestic Airport Arrivals: 30 minutes of free wait time from the moment your flight arrives at the airport. International Airport Arrivals: 45 minutes of free wait time to account for customs and baggage processing. Residential, Office, or Hotel Pick-ups: 15 minutes of free wait time past your scheduled pick-up time. Note: Once these grace periods expire, additional wait time is billed $1.50 per minute.

This is our premium arrival service. Your chauffeur will clear airport security, enter the terminal building, and stand directly at your airlines's baggage claim carousel (or international customs exit) holding a digital sign with your name or corporate logo. The chauffeur will assume physical responsibility for all luggage and guide you directly to our vehicle parked in the immediate commercial VIP lane.

Absolutely. Premium family safety is our signature standard. We proudly provide complimentary, sanitized child safety seats, including rear facing infant seats, forward facing toddler seats, and booster seats. Please indicate your child's age, weight, and seat classification when booking, and your chauffeur will have it pre-installed before arrival. Note: All parents are responsible for placing their child in the car seat and ensuring their safety throughout the duration of the ride.

Yes, and to give you an extra layer of comfort, we offer real-time text alerts for family members and bookers. When scheduling the ride, provide your mobile number as the secondary contact. Our Moovs tracking engine will automatically send instant SMS updates and a live GPS tracking link to your smartphone the exact moment your loved one is picked up, keeping you connected every mile of the way.

To elevate your journey, we offer four tailored cabin kits that you can request when booking: The Welcome Kit: Premium custom-labeled water, organic refreshing wipes, mints, snacks, and luxury hand cream. The Executive Suite Kit: Premium custom-labeled water, luxury hand cream, tech screen cleaning cloth, a corporate notepad, and pen. The Travel Decompress Kit: Premium custom-labeled water, under eye cooling gel masks, hydrating facial mist, and luxury hand cream. The Luxury Celebration Kit: A handwritten greeting card, artisan truffles, premium labeled water, and luxury hand cream. Reminder: All cabin kits will be provided upon request at booking.

Immediately following every drop-off, our chauffeurs perform a physical cabin sweep. If an item is discovered while the chauffeur is still in the vicinity, the chauffeur will attempt to return the item. If the chauffeur cannot return the item immediately, it will be logged and locked securely in our central office repository for up to 60 days. To check on or recover a lost item, please call or text our dispatch line (713-878-9443) or email our customer service department at concierge@btexecutivetransportation.com. Left behind items can be recovered via neutral location, dedicated pickup location, shipped via courier at the client's expense, or delivered on your next scheduled ride.

To ensure total transaction tracking transparency and maximum safety, Black Tie Executive Transportation LLC operates as a strictly cashless business. All major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, America Express, Discover) are accepted and securely processed via encrypted links through our Moovs merchant portal prior to your ride. Our Chauffeurs are strictly prohibited from accepting cash for base fares.

To maintain our pristine luxury cabin air quality and protect the health of all future passengers, smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes, and vapes are strictly prohibited inside all Black Tie Executive vehicles. Violations will result in immediate termination of service without a refund and an automatic $400 deep-cleaning fee.

Yes. In strict compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), fully trained service animals accompanying an individual with a disability are legally welcomed inside our vehicles at no extra charge. For vehicle safety and leather preservation, the service animal must rest cleanly on the rear of the floorboards at the passenger's feet and is prohibited from sitting directly on the leather seats. Note: if the animal experiences an unexpected bodily fluid accident or sickness inside the vehicle, an automatic $350 professional biohazard detailing and sanitization fee will be assessed instantly.
